About the Offer
All new StackPath customers are automatically enrolled in our introductory New Customer Free Credit Offer. This gives our customers two billing cycles and a fixed dollar amount in "free credits" to explore the platform.
Program eligibility |
You're eligible for the New Customer Free Credit Offer if you meet the following criteria:
|
Program initiation |
The New Customer Free Credit Offer begins immediately upon successful account creation and payment method validation. The payment method added to your account will not be charged for services until you have consumed all free credits or the New Customer Free Credit Offer has expired. |
Program coverage | The free credits provided to you under the New Customer Free Credit Offer will apply to any StackPath services or paid support consumed. There are no restrictions to products and features available during the New Customer Free Credit period. |
Free credit amount |
StackPath may change the amount of free credits given to new customers. Whatever is the amount of free credits available to new customers when you activate your account is the amount of free credits you will receive. You can find the current amount of free credits for new customers on StackPath's website at stackpath.com. It is the customer's responsibility to proactively manage their credit amount. Please be sure to understand all charges when requesting StackPath services. |
Program expiration |
The New Customer Free Credit Offer ends when all free credits have been consumed or when two billing cycles have passed since account creation (approximately 60 days). Should you consume all free credits prior to two billing cycles passing, your provided payment method will be charged for the difference of services and paid support consumed. The New Customer Free Credit Offer cannot be paused or extended, so be sure to understand your Edge Compute charges when running services to avoid unexpected cost. Immediately upon expiration, you will start to incur charges for services and paid support consumed. These charges will be reflected in your next invoice. No changes to your account are necessary to continue using StackPath services after the New Customer Free Credit Offer expires. |
Terms and Conditions |
By creating a StackPath account and using the services you are accepting the Supplemental Terms and Conditions for StackPath New Customer Free Credit Offer and StackPath's Privacy Statement, Master Service Agreement, Support Plans Terms and Conditions, and Acceptable Use Policy. We may update and modify these terms and conditions from time to time with or without notice. It’s your responsibility to check the terms and conditions periodically for changes. You are agreeing to any such change if you continue to use the services after the change. We may terminate the New Customer Free Credit Offer at any time with or without notice. |
Program support |
During the New Customer Free Credit Offer period, you are entitled to free Standard Support unless you purchase a higher level of paid support. Please note that higher Support Tiers are paid services, and any monthly recurring charge associated with a paid Support Tier will draw down from your remaining free credits during the New Customer Free Credit Offer period. |
