If you have to manually edit portions of your PrestaShop site, there's an alternative CDN implementation method for PrestaShop.
This article will walk you through how to perform a static assets integration, which does not support the use of the StackPath Web Application Firewall (WAF). If you’re looking to maximize security by using our CDN with the WAF, please refer to the CDN & WAF integration guide.
This tutorial assumes a StackPath Site is created.
Before you begin, we highly recommend you test the performance of your site using Google Page Speed or Pingdom Tools. You can test your site now and after setting up the plugin for a before and after performance comparison.
Log in to your PrestaShop admin panel.
Hover over Advanced Parameters and click Performance.
Under the CCC (Combine, Compress, and Cache) section, enable CCC for the following options:
- Smart cache for CSS
- Minify HTML
Scroll down to the Media servers (use only with CCC) section.
Find the three fields labeled Media server.
Enter your CDN URL in the Media server #1 field.
