Review the following FAQs to understand how this update will affect your overall StackPath experience.
What changes are taking place?
E20, E200, E2000 End-of-Sale
On April 6, 2021, StackPath will no longer offer E20, E200, and E2000 subscriptions.
Previously, when users created a new stack, they had the option to add an Edge Delivery Bundle to obtain CDN, WAF, and other features in a single subscription. With this update, users will only be able to obtain CDN and WAF as individual subscriptions.
Customers who signed up for the E20, E200, E200 before April 6, 2021, will be "grandfathered" into their existing access and pricing structure.
CDN Pricing Update
Customers who signed up for CDN10 before April 6, 2021, will be "grandfathered" into their existing access and pricing structure. Any new StackPath CDN customers as of April 6, 2021, will need to contact their existing StackPath Sales representative or email sales@stackpath.com to discuss CDN pricing options.
WAF Pricing Update

Will the StackPath Control Portal change?
Currently, the portal will stay the same and will be updated with new pricing in the near future
Will functionality for my current E20, E200, E2000, WAF, or CDN subscriptions change?
No. Functionality for your existing subscriptions made prior to April 6, 2021, will not change.
Will my bill increase?
If you do not update an existing subscription after April 6, 2021, then your bill will not increase.
However, if you add a new subscription or upgrade an existing subscription, then you will be charged according to the new pricing structure.
Note: If you remove an existing subscription, you will be unable to revert to your previous pricing structure. For example, if you remove CDN from your existing account, and then decide to add CDN back after April 6, 2021, then you will be charged for the CDN based on the new pricing structure.
If I want to upgrade or downgrade my current subscriptions or obtain a new CDN or WAF subscription, where can I find updated pricing information?
For updated CDN and WAF pricing, please contact your StackPath sales representative.
Will my invoice look different?
If you add a new WAF, then your invoice will look different. You invoice will display the following:
- Your WAF subscription type
- Your WAF region and usage
- Your WAF usage price, which is the sum of consumption vectors and subscription pricing
Who should I contact if I have questions about my subscription and these changes?
Please contact your StackPath Sales representative or sales@stackpath.com for assistance.
